Terms and conditions

Rules for using the website and terms for sessions: booking, cancellation, prices and payment.

This English translation is provided for information only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails. Read the French version

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Dina M website and the booking of the wellbeing sessions offered on it. Using this website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of the services

The sessions offered (wellbeing massage, Reiki and Access Bars®) are relaxation and wellbeing services. They constitute neither a medical procedure, nor physiotherapy, nor a therapeutic treatment and do not replace any treatment. For any health concern, your doctor remains the person to consult.

The practitioner may decline or stop a session if her state of health or comfort, or that of the person receiving the session, warrants it.

3. Booking

  • The form on the website records a request for an appointment. The appointment is only confirmed once the practitioner has explicitly confirmed it.
  • The time slots shown are indicative until synchronisation with the calendar is active.
  • The person booking must be aged 18 or over. For a minor, the consent of a legal guardian is required.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the time of the appointment.
  • After this deadline, or if you do not attend, the session may be considered payable.
  • If the practitioner is unable to attend, you will be offered a new time slot.

5. Prices and payment

  • Current prices, travel charges for home visits, payment methods and the validity period of packages are shown on the Prices page, which is authoritative. All prices include taxes.
  • Payment is made at the end of the session, unless otherwise agreed.

6. During the session

You are asked to arrive a few minutes early and to mention any relevant information: pregnancy, current treatment, sensitive area. Sharing this is optional but helps to adapt the session.

7. Liability

The practitioner undertakes to use the means necessary for the session to run smoothly. She cannot be held liable if the person receiving the session provides inaccurate or incomplete information, in particular regarding their state of health.

The website is provided as is. A temporary interruption for maintenance or for a reason beyond the publisher’s control shall not give rise to any compensation.

8. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
