Frequently asked questions
Everything I’m often asked.
What happens in a first session?
We take a few minutes to talk: how you are feeling today, your tensions, what you would like. The session is built from there. Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early, in comfortable clothing. The massage takes place on a table, with a towel, in a calm, warm space. Time to return to calm is allowed for before you leave.
